CEP’s Dr Peter Phillips an Associate Member of RTPI

CEP’s Dr Peter Phillips has been elected as an Associate Member of the Royal Town Planning Institute. Peter leads CEP’s work on land use policy evaluation in Scotland and is also a guest lecturer in environmental planning at the University of Strathclyde.
